So it's done. Full colors done in Clip Studio Pro, which doens't have as MUCH differences than say Photoshop, but some interesting combinations when you go looking for them. Dunno how much I like some aspects, however I think the Spotlight effect came off really well. Some minor changes, though I don't think it'll need them.

Technique ImpactI have to say, this is a very nice piece of art,congratulations. I like how you used a different variety of pokemon,even though i know very little of their names. The first thing i noticed was the shading,you do the shadows beneath them well and the shadows everywhere else. (example, the shading on charizards wings)You know the anatomy well both on the human and pokemon there. The fire on charizards tail is realistic and fluid. Overall, its a fantastic piece.
